A greeting letter in which the writer sends their congratulations to the reader (addressed as Navvab ‘Aliyah) for her arrival and her new home after their trip to Shimiran and from Shimiran to the city in the company of the Crown Prince. A postcard with Nawruz greetings, in which the writer talks about their love and states their desire to go to Shimiran, so that they can at least see the recipient from a distance. The writer has also mentioned her/his cousin whose name was blemished, and sent her respects to the reader. The envelope bears Amin al-Sultan's seal.

Letter to Nasir al-Din Shah regarding Mahd-i ‘Ulya, 1869 or 1870

Zahra Sultan ‘Izzat al-Saltanah to Muhammad ‘Ali Nizam Mafi (Salar Mu‘azzam)
Zahra Sultan Nizam Mafi (‘Izzat al-Saltanah) writes to her brother, Muhammad ‘Ali Nizam Mafi (Salar Mu‘azzam), asking him about the coronation ceremony in London; she describes the extent of people's fear of the return of Muhammad ‘Ali Mirza, which has lead many to flee to Shimiran; Sipahdar has fled to Mihrabad and sent his resignation to Nayib al-Saltanah; Sattar and Baqir also have left on the pretext of bringing back Sipahdar. Nayib al-Saltanah also left for Shimiran with the excuse of having a cough and sore throat. At the end, she wishes for nothing [bad] to happen.

Regarding the purchase of a garden in Shimiran to escape the heat during the hot weather in Tehran. The author mentions the benefits of buying a garden owned by Zanburak-chi Bashi's inheritors because of its location and price.

Letter to Nasir al-Din Shah, 1864 or 1865
The writer reports on attendance in the ceremony celebrating the Shah's birthday, the well-being of princesses and people of the harem, and services by gatekeepers and other servants. He mentions informing Mahd-i ‘Ulya about completing construction in Niyavaran and her decision about returning after the tenth for a lucky arrival time. The writer has also prepared for bringing other members of the harem. He adds that upon the addressee's request they have received part of Fakhr al-Muluk’s stipend from Mu‘ayyir al-Mamalik.
